A lot of change. Structure for KPI’s and quota’s can change up to 3 times a year. Hard to get promoted. Product has good potential, but needs more focus on the core product

All in all great company. Internal processes must be changed to work more efficiently. You can hit your quota if you don't just rely on inbound leads. Team culture is great.

Personio grew fast and has built a strong product with real value, especially for small and mid-sized companies in DACH and Europe.
