Product is great but market is becoming more saturated and it’s tougher to sell. Feel a sense of purpose helping healthcare orgs provide better care to patients. Most Accounts have been worked over and over and while most people have heard of Phreesia , they have also made up their mind about it. Highly competitive, and Not many opportunities to advance within company. You are ineligible for any kind of promotion until after 1 year, but many SDR’s have been in their role for much longer.

Overall, Phreesia can be a solid company to work for. The glaring issue for Phreesia is leadership -- they are unable to deliver a profitable company with such a strong product.
