Extremely high SDR turnover. In my time at Phreesia, I worked in the SMB market, an average of 15% of SDRs met or exceeded their monthly quota. Highly demoralizing job, logging into sales force and continuing to prospect accounts that have said no and asked to be removed from the contact list multiple times.

Lack of incentive makes it difficult to come in motivated to sell product. Base salary while good, is starting to become less attractive given other competitors in the market that have similar bands and offer commission.
