Failing company, only enterprise SDRs fine success, everyone else is screwed. Less than 15% of SMB SDRs hit quota month over month. They hire and fire like no tomorrow.

MY overall experience was conditional. It's a great company to work for when you have someone fighting for you. Keep in mind, there is not commission but a very fair base.
