Post-merger of Forgerock and Ping, culture took a big hit, but seems to be trending towards stability. Compensation is on the low-end of the market, but middle management has worked hard to get people raises beyond the normal merit increases. Also, there are too many sellers for the number of accounts. If you like how Oracle is run, you'll like the sales org here.

Private equity owned does deprioritize pre-sales, but overall, enjoy working in this market & use case. Ping has a fantastic product, just not a pre-sales driven organization until liquidation.

It has been fine. The merge definitely changed the culture, expectations, and processes. The issue is we have a pretty good product but lack a bit of brand awareness/recognition in the market.
