Firstly the good stuff. Work-life balance, competitive pay, remote-first culture, and some EXCELLENT people to work with. Things started to go downhill as soon as the Thoma Bravo acquisition happened, and the ForgeRock merger was the final nail in the coffin for many. Lots of redundancies at the worst of times with pretty poor compensation compared to industry average. Ping was known as a people-first company, prioritising the culture and wellbeing of their employees over anything else. Now it's money over people...
