Former Employee3.4Jun 26, 2025Strong product and great company but as you may have checked on LinkedIn, they just laid off a ton of sales reps. Historically, they have done this quite often. Great leadership too but only so much Sales leadership can do. The change in packaging led to a lot of issues with people trying to hit quota.

Current Employee2.9Jul 16, 2025Overwhelmingly positive at first. PE acquisition and subsequent exit poisoned the culture. Pluralsight is the perfect name for this company because they change their grand vision every 6 months.

Former Employee2.9Nov 23, 2023Not an amazing culture, hiring and firing, lots of redundancies, owned and backed by a VC Firm so no real top-down culture
