Former Employee Pluralsight has a great product that is unfortunately a nice-to-have, NOT a need-to-have. The complete lack of a marketing minimized greenfield opportunities, and sales leaders just encouraged to go after former customers. The inbound leads slowed to a trickle, and there was ZERO assistance from marketing with outbound prospecting activities. No leader was able to provide guidance on how to successfully outbound -- their only focus was on metrics that were created based on growth sales, not on new logo acquisition sales; hence, everyone is set up to fail.
