I worked here for 4 years. After about 8 RIFs, the company is a shell of what it once was. Zero company culture, product vision, and a revolving door for the c suite has brought Pluralsight to its knees. They just laid off a significant portion of the team (even sales folks at 150% of quota) and are relocating to outside of Fort Worth. I was a part of this round of layoffs. Even if I wasn’t, I would be looking for a new job regardless.

Great product and teams. They adjusted the quota down in 2025 to make it more attainable this year. Customers love the new product. It's a great place to be, although the executive turnover was concerning. Things seem to have stabilize more lately.
