Pluralsight pre-Vista was the place to be but culturally a lot has changed. Not a product to market fit exactly but more of a nice to have and significantly more expensive than competitors. Compensation only favours top reps that can hit accelerators and land larger deals than just the average deal size of 10-20k which is difficult to achieve.

Lack of transparency, unclear vision, career progression is very limited due to bloat from us overhiring for some reason. Layoffs and pips are flying for the whole year i have been here. Leadership turnover, rebranding the same stuff, etc.. very out of touch org.
