Strong product and great company but as you may have checked on LinkedIn, they just laid off a ton of sales reps. Historically, they have done this quite often. Great leadership too but only so much Sales leadership can do. The change in packaging led to a lot of issues with people trying to hit quota.

Lots of turnover since I left. The culture was very good, but the executive leadership was abysmal and the outlook isn't great in a fractured market being taken over by Accenture, one of PS's biggest customers.
