If you want to work with nice people, this is a great place. The company and industry are going down, so if you want to be somewhere that is successful and where you can earn lots of commission, don’t come here.

Good company with good people, but questionable market opportunity from a growth perspective. Shrinking market leads to lots of layoffs, but if you put your head down and do the work, there's money to be made.

Have been at company for over 3 years and there have been ups and downs but culture is consistently one of the best, most positive, most supportive sales cultures I’ve ever been a part of. Rough quarter for sales last quarter but company took actual action to improve and meet customer and sales teams’ needs

I worked here for 4 years. After about 8 RIFs, the company is a shell of what it once was. Zero company culture, product vision, and a revolving door for the c suite has brought Pluralsight to its knees.
