Not horrible, but growth issues when you max out the role. No enterprise, no mid market opportunities either. Role is great, product is great, but issues are the role growth that forces stagnation in the role.

At the beginning was fine. upper management is terrible. never able to give you a straight answer and finding every way to take deals away from reps

The compensation was very adequate but the org structure was not what was promised. Inbound lead flow nearly nonexistant when was told it was going to primarily inbound. Ultimately, I was laid off with around 100 other sales reps.
