This place is a dumpster fire. Deal size is going down, deals are taking longer, and attainment has never been lower. The genius CRO decided now is the perfect time go hire dozens of new reps. Competitors are rapidly gaining real traction in the market while our product team messes around with GenAI. Feels like every quarter the CEO announces a new “big bet” that flops. Reps that are doing well usually expand their key accounts, new reps don’t stand a chance unless they inherit something good. Lots of turnover recently too.

Executive leadership has rejected feedback from sales and sales leadership which has negatively impacted the ability to sell to Enterprises. There is a lack of differentiation across license tiers and no substantial driver for Enterprises to adopt the Enterprise offering.

My overall experience was good. Quota was bumped in my first few months there. I hit quota one time. I hit the kpis needed but it didn’t generate enough quality meetings. There’s plenty of opportunity to earn there just have to make sure the meetings are quality and make sure you generate a good amount.
