My team was awesome (before upper management everyone go). The PE shop calls all the shots here (frontier growth), and they are volatile. The comp plan that was unattainable and paid very low until you were 60% plus to quota. Would not recommend to friend.

Had such high potential but bad management decision to go all in on Brand Monitor and not invest in core products led to layoffs
