My team was awesome (before upper management everyone go). The PE shop calls all the shots here (frontier growth), and they are volatile. The comp plan that was unattainable and paid very low until you were 60% plus to quota. Would not recommend to friend.

My overall experience was that the company did not have a vision for the future. Whenever they tried articulating their vision it only included growing the current account base and not new business.
