Overall good experience with Priority1. Work hard play hard type of environment. Low base pay but compensated in multiple other areas that help in the long run.

The base is lower compared to other companies in the same vertical. However, the commission structure is competitive and incentivized properly. Leadership is incredible and the employees are even better. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to try outside sales

Priority1 is a churn and burn company. They hire average people right out of college, give them a few months to be successful and if not, they fire them and move onto the next.
