Pros: Strong base salary. Local market leader in the space. Cons: low inbound lead volume. Prospecting can feel like searching for a needle in the haystack, selling a complicated product to simple minded business owners.

I love working here. This is a great company. You need to do basically all the prospecting yourself. Mid Market reps will get a shot at 4 -8 marketing leads per year, otherwise everything else is self driven. There is a need for the product here, which makes speaking to it easier.
