It’s ok to work here for a year. After that you start ti notice issues with culture and leadership. Constantly pressured to do more for same or less. Sales team high turnover. New biz only sales which is good bc of all the service issues you’d have to deal with if you also did account management.

I love working here. This is a great company. You need to do basically all the prospecting yourself. Mid Market reps will get a shot at 4 -8 marketing leads per year, otherwise everything else is self driven. There is a need for the product here, which makes speaking to it easier. Base is great but any variable comp is flimsy. You could get your commissions clawed back after 6 months of selling a deal if the service team does a bad job. They don't invest in their people.
