Great Company with great values and product fit. However from a sales perspective it is over saturated with reps. Hard to hit quota with unachievable targets

Extremely high turnover for sales. Company initiatives is to keep and nurture sales reps despite doing the opposite. Sales culture breeds environment of dishonesty. Based on segment but most reps do not hit quota and many are put on plans.
