Quotas have sky rocketed with no explanation. Leadership is pushing hard for pipe but once pipe targets are hit they're still not happy. changed the comp structure which has also lowered team moral and the desire to work more/harder

I found Procore to have a great product but not the great culture they talk about. Sales spent more time reviewing deals and talking about deals than actually working the deal

Quotas are jacked, accounts are down. Pretty tough inside sales role these days. Not like it was a couple years ago when you could sneeze and smash quota
