There’s strong potential for sellers at Procore, but finding the right role is challenging. Ongoing changes and limited transparency make future roles unclear. Given Procore’s focus on the construction industry, shifts in the economy and construction sector greatly impact its success, something current leadership seems to overlook. This has led to outdated management tactics, straying from the collaborative culture Procore employees valued. The selling environment has shifted from team-driven to one where individuals are blamed for broader economic issues.

The culture at Procore has really tanked in the past couple of years. With CEO Toohey stepping down and a new CRO & SVP of NAMER sales, the company has been slashing budgets to support their sales teams and have begun introducing decelerators as well.
