Inbounds depend on segment. In specialty contractor it’s extremely low. Maybe one every 5 weeks. Only two reps in mid market hit their number out of 20 for 2023 in this segment.

So many changes to the revenue organization. Mostly for the better but some are questionable. SMB feels massively neglected. Focus shifting towards customer growth and upmarket.

GC's is a great vertical but the other verticals at Procore such as owners and sub's are a very niche product fit to the market they are serving therefore making it extremely difficult to thrive and make sales. In addition the non primary verticals do not have the the organization and resources needed to be successful in the role.
