Current Employee The culture at Procore has really tanked in the past couple of years. With CEO Toohey stepping down and a new CRO & SVP of NAMER sales, the company has been slashing budgets to support their sales teams and have begun introducing decelerators as well. Product is reaching market saturation as their primary strategy at GTM 2025 is expansion, not net new. PIP culture at Procore is also highly intense and super common, some people having endured 3-4 PIPs in their tenure. On average, I would estimate that 30-50% of reps hit consistently month to month.
