Earnings are capped for AM's by way of comp plan - no 300k+ W2's here. More luck dependent than most companies, based on volume-based pricing model. Lowered quotas because nobody hit last year, but then cut books so proportionately in the same boat. Still no comp plans, and even leaders don't understand new quota criteria. Hired a huge amount of new reps. Seems like the business is taking every opportunity to limit upside earning potential and push tenured, historically successful reps out.

Quotas have sky rocketed with no explanation. Leadership is pushing hard for pipe but once pipe targets are hit they're still not happy. changed the comp structure which has also lowered team moral and the desire to work more/harder
