Typical call center job. You take back to back calls and get monitored. The micro managing part wasn’t that bad as long as you meet the sales goals. There is no commission and very small bonuses . The benefits are good.

Horrible, the guaranteed "hot" inbound leads were non existent and in fact was told almost immediately (after training) that I would have to make cold outbound calls. Sitel/Progressive was a nice place to work. I think because i worked under a staffing company, it took away some of the experience vs actually being under progressive.
