Former Employee Horrible, the guaranteed "hot" inbound leads were non existent and in fact was told almost immediately (after training) that I would have to make cold outbound calls. The managers were not friendly whatsoever and would encourage strategic underhanded answers to the potential customer.
I've been in sales in one way or another for most of my adult life, I was absolutely astonished at the working conditions and the total capitulation expected from me. Obviously, earning a descent living is essential however, at what price is one willing to go for that living...for me the price was much to high. Character, self respect, and integrity is much more important to me than the all mighty dollar.
