My overall experience was terrible. They hired me with lies of leads and potential and found out it was all untrue. No real training, want you to sell mid-market/enterprise sized deals within a SMB time frame. They have zero sales tools so you have to rely on Google/swinging doors and barely get anywhere. 2nd time they've tried to build up the sales team and it failed once again. Don't work here.

For anyone looking to join this company. Be prepared to be over promised and under delivered to. They have no formal training and do not care to give you continued training. The salary is low for the industry and the technology is lacking behind. Be careful if you are going to do sales for them.

Incredible organization to work for if you have 2-3 years of sales experience in the HCM space. The work life balance/culture combined with the compensation potential are second to none. However, training/ramp up are not this company’s strong suit so if you’re newer to sales you’ll have a steep learning curve.
