Overall experience was good. Great PMF, good leadership (for the most part.). Comp plan changed mid-year and basically everyone in commercial took a pay cut. Your patch will determine your success in role and make sure you are aligned to the right leader unless you want to be micromanaged.

High turnover rates throughout the org while I was working there, all the way up to the CEO. The ever changing leadership made it hard to follow any specific strategy, and I often felt there was drastic miscommunication on all levels of hierarchy as a result.
