Micromanagement, and not a great product fit, book of business changes in december, customer fatigue with constant account changes, very strict on clock in and clock out times, micromanagement very prevalent.

Stagnate in the market, high customer attrition, and no one is hitting quota. Good products but Proofpoint is clueless how to counter competitors or work with the channel to increase inbound opportunities. Pay and benefits are great, low and mid level management is great. Everyone generally seems checked out and disconnected with no real culture.
