Good product but the company has a lot of issues. Very slow to evolve to the market. Success is largely determined by account set, and leadership does very little to incentivize reps. There is significant amount of turnover within the sales organization, and very few exceed quota.

Field compensation is significantly higher than Inside Sales (Commercial) but requirements for Field reps to live in territory limit internal career paths for those looking to grow within the organization.
