More and more responsibilities are put on the Account Management team. Too many internal meetings. Leadership needs to step in and protect the selling time of their sales reps. Archiac and outdated processes inhibit the ability to close deals.

I have been at Proofpoint almost 6 years. After being acquired by Toma Bravo a couple years ago, things have started to go down hill. We used to have a great culture and took care of our customers. Culture is gone and its a money first approach now.
