I had the opportunity to grow in a supportive, metrics-driven environment and develop key skills in SaaS sales. Like any organization, there were some challenges, but overall it set a solid foundation for future success.

BDR quotas are not currently attainable and was previously based on stage 2s (vs industry standard stage 1 or 0's). Seems like very few hit quota this year.
