Lacks culture, people over profits model where mediocrity reigns and performance is not measured holistically. This company has a lot of potential if they can shift their focus from being a family to a sports team that wants to outperform. This was a wonderful place to work until they were sold to a PE firm. New management came in and overhauled pretty much everything. Company culture was destroyed, everything became extremely corporate, and management started to care more about the time you spent agreeing with them and salesforce hygiene than they did about actually closing deals.
