Current Employee This company cannot figure out how to scale. Management has to be involved in everything all the time. There is an almost boiler room atmosphere in the sales group. They recently decided to remove SDR support from the Enterprise AE team so now reps are responsible for all outbound prospecting in addition to running deals. There is no upward mobility as the RVP's are all 10+year vets of the organization who have come from other areas and have no plans to go anywhere.
