Great place to work. The benefits are amazing and include the standard healthcare packages and EAP, but also paternity leave, trusted time off, multiple employee resource groups, and more. The overall culture at PROS is that of a family who really cares about their employees. The company is run very leanly. With the ups and downs of a pandemic and the hit the travel industry took from this event, we were impacted hard and, as a result, our workforce is quite lean and sometimes job demands can seem overwhelming as we try to do more with less people.

Working at PROS was a valuable learning experience. I had the chance to sell innovative AI and pricing solutions to enterprise customers. That said, the product could be very complex to implement, which sometimes slowed down adoption. Additionally, internal turnover was high due to ongoing restructuring and uncertainty about the company’s direction.
