Current Employee My experience here was not good. This product is challenging to sell, and the company culture adds another layer of complexity. Many employees have been with the company for over a decade, making it difficult for newcomers to learn the business and integrate effectively, especially since many lack go-to-market experience from outside the organization. Additionally, some sales leaders come from professional services or scientific backgrounds and have never carried a quota (“held a bag”). Their sales perspective is largely limited to their experience within PROS, which is based on services and internal prospect knowledge, rather than diverse external sales environments.
