My overall experience started out great and the opportunity diminished the longer I was there. They tried to grow quickly and ended up growing too fast to be able to manage from an infrastructure standpoint. Lead flow and size got worse the more employees taken on.

It was fine. I would suggest it for someone to start their career there, but would move on after a year or two. Good people and they truly care about them, but very hard to move up in the company.
