My overall experience with Pure was wonderful. If you are looking for an opportunity to meet and exceed your OTE, with focus and hard work, Pure gives you the tools needed to over achieve.

Great organization and leadership from the top down! Base comp is solid and there are options for sign on bonuses. OTE attainable, but you gotta work for it. SE to AE ratio is typically 1:2

SDR org doesn't emphasize professional development and training at all. It is managed like a call center. A fun call center that's easy to work at, but a call center nonetheless

Products are excellent and industry leading. Internal processes, systems and required trainings (overhead) are challenging and/or time consuming. My customers love us and it feels good selling a product or service you know will help the customer.
