Quota attainment is very low across the organization. Territories are cut thin.

It’s a really hard job since it’s in tech when tech is in a downturn and the product is a “nice-to-have” when budgets are more scrutinized than ever. On top of that, constant whispers of layoffs among the private equity take over along with like 10% of sellers hitting quota have really diminished the culture.
