Qualtrics isn't what it used to be. Outdated sales leaders and way too high of Quota. 25% of reps hit on most teams if lucky. On a team of 7, most teams are hoping that 2 reps blow their number out while the other 5 struggle.

Since Jan 2023 there has been a lot of shuffling that has left some reps upset ("new"/recycled products, increased quota, lack of training/direction). They have done a bit of quiet layoffs and continue to do so. Focus on your own goals and do not fall for their disguise.
