Solid company if you're in the right market and have a good manager/VP. They have slowly been weeding out low performers which, if you are a solid rep benefits you. As of 2025 AEs will now also be responsible for renewal rates and a portion of our OTE will be based on that, without OTE increasing which is frustrating. Unclear the details on how that will be broken out as we have not received comp letters yet. But regardless it is clear: more work for the same pay.

I received incredible training and a solid kick start at the company. I was very excited to get started. My experience with Qualtrics was great for 2 years, after the IPO and than Takeover by Private Equity things got worse and the Management Culture is nearly non existing.
