Been at Qualtrics 6+ years. It was great at the start but every year has become harder and harder. The energy and enthusiasm around the addressable market has really dropped or maybe Skepticism has increased. It is a nice to have product and not a must have for any organisation that isn’t enterprise.

Joined the SDR org on the enterprise team with a manager that wasn't great. Jump forwards a couple months - layoffs hit - I get moved to a new team (corp mid market) and my outlook is completely turned around. Now: manager is great, it isn't extremely difficult to hit quota, and my team's culture is awesome! Layoffs might have been a blessing in disguise for me
