XM Strategy was solid in 2021/2022. The company however lost sight of styaing innovative when they went private.

My overall experience with the company is mostly negative. Poor development, poor support internally, changes happen and you don’t find out about them until it’s too late, turnover is high, and no one hits their number. The benefits are pretty good but that is about the only thing I can say positive at the moment.

Really a Haves vs. Have Nots in terms of the team you land on and your account book. Very tumultuous environment the past year with PE taking over, lots of broken systems internally, and having 2 major layoffs in 10 months. Great job if you have a cool manager who can insulate you from the BS though.
