I was a top performing SDR and it took me 3 years to promote to AE. Once I promoted to AE I wasn't given any onboarding, mentor, or direction on how to transition into the new role. Leadership is always changing. Our product roadmap is always in beta. Internal processes are overcomplicated for no reason.
