Former Employee My overall experience was fantastic until I was put on an enterprise team with the wrong leader. Good leadership makes all the difference. The company also was getting so big with so many teams dipping into the same accounts (internationally) that even leadership was making you fight dirty for credit to work and be compensated for deals, and that's a deal breaker for me. If you aren't one team, I'm out.
