Current Employee Not horrible. I loved the local team, regional leadership was hit or miss.
Low performance expectations (fair considering the amount of people hitting).
Base was very mediocre. Low end of what I see as the labor market base when looking at comps.
I spent a fair amount of time with the company and have no regrets. The product is an amazing solution for enterprise size organizations but can be a difficult sell for smaller markets.
