New executives, lots of moving and changes going on, layoffs each month, and quotas increasing but OTE not changing. Lots of ways to not pay reps but have them do additional work

New ELT is a joke. Dinosaurs from the past. Haven’t sold software but act like they know everything. Say AI like it’s never been said before.

Culture was headed the wrong direction when I left. It looks like that might be changing for the better. Not selling the most technical or sexiest software and it’s a mature company. Not a lot of innovation but job security seems higher than other more demanding orgs.
