My overall experience at Quest Software was frustrating. The lack of leadership and opportunities within the company were very limited. Favoritisms overruled qualifications. Pretty unorganized. There's a lot of internal struggles over what segments accounts should fall to. Spread quotas, but uneven revenue in territories. Lower performers end up eating quota from top performers.
