Former Employee Executive Leadership changed 3 times in my 2yr 2months there. Which means, any strategy or Executive Leadership vision never worked or lasted. Very heavy on compliance plays and audits (customer's are extremely upset), making it difficult to become a trusted advisor. Quest is owned by financial holding companies, so it is managed by spreadsheets from middle management, which don't value good talent or listen to experience. TBH, glad I'm no longer working there. Current Employee Good people , very cheap when it came to leads and developing sales Current Employee Low paying company with some dated products but growth opportunities
