Executive Leadership changed 3 times in my 2yr 2months there. Which means, any strategy or Executive Leadership vision never worked or lasted. Very heavy on compliance plays and audits (customer's are extremely upset), making it difficult to become a trusted advisor. Quest is owned by financial holding companies, so it is managed by spreadsheets from middle management, which don't value good talent or listen to experience. TBH, glad I'm no longer working there.

Quota changed thanks to PE taking over. Just destroyed our comp plan. I would not work apply or even think of working here.

My overall experience at Quest Software was frustrating. The lack of leadership and opportunities within the company were very limited. Favoritisms overruled qualifications.
